Holding Deposit: 1 week’s rent
Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent
During the tenancy (payable to PM Lettings)
Payment of up to £60 incl VAT if you want to change the tenancy agreement.
Interest will be charged in line with the Bank of England’s rate if a rent payment is more than 14 days overdue for each day the payment is outstanding.
If the tenant(s) lose keys/security devices, we encourage the tenant to resolve the issue independently. If this is not possible then the tenant covers the cost of each item plus the agents time at £15 per hour.
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy.
